After squaring the corners of the high tunnel hoop house, set four stakes in the ground using 1/2-in. rebar 24 in. long. Drive these stakes 12 in. into the ground at a 30-degree angle from vertical. The tops of the stakes should point inward toward the hoop house interior. Half of the stake will now be underground and half will be above the soil.
